Wakefield HS Weight room location

The first day of summer weights and conditioning will be Tuesday, June 1st. This will be an introduction/demonstration/testing week. We will need to teach the postural restoration and mobility exercises, how to properly perform all metabolic lifts in the weight room, as well as test 10 meter dash, pro-agility, and vertical jump. We will start the Metabolic Program on Monday, June 7th. This will be a four week program that runs through the week of June 28th.

Workouts will take place on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays each week unless Mr. Hassler or the coaches tell athletes otherwise.
